BIKETOWN (Lyft) Pilot FAQ
Privacy
To use BIKETOWN through suma, you will need to share payment (credit, debit, prepaid debit) and some personal information with BIKETOWN (Lyft).
You will need to share:

- Full name
- Birthdate
- Phone Number
- Card number (credit/debit/prepaid)

If you don’t want to share your personal card information, you could use a prepaid card. You can buy a prepaid card at grocery stores or online.
Cost/Payments
- Pilot participants will be automatically enrolled in BIKETOWN for all, and receive BIKETOWN for all pricing. For participating, a $75 credit will be applied to your account each months (for 3 months) from suma.

- Free Unlocks
- $10 in ride credits each month
- $0.05/minute after credit is used

- After the pilot (3 months), prices have not yet been decided.

- You will be charged if you use a scooter. BIKETOWN for All and suma’s BIKETOWN (Lyft) pilot only is for e-bikes.
- You will be charged if you go over the $85 given credit ($75 from suma + $10 from BIKETOWN (Lyft).

Some charges can be avoided- resulting in more time for riding!

- Avoid $1 out of station parking charges by parking at BIKETOWN stations (or at bike racks in the Super Hub Zone east of 72nd Ave).
- Avoid reserving ahead of time saves you $0.05/minute
- Join Bike Angels to rack up points that can earn ride credits

Instructions - Getting Started
1. Go to app.mysuma.org and sign in with your phone number
2. Go to the “Mobility tab” and click on a scooter
3. Click “re-link your Lime account” and follow the prompts
If the issue is not fixed please contact us by email (app@mysuma.org), or by text (256.578.8928).
At the moment, we can only enroll suma users into BIKETOWN for All at in-person events, where we will give you a code.
